Since our inception into the Sacramento market in 2003, Oakmont has flourished, establishing itself as the cornerstone of luxury living in the region. This vibrant city serves as the hub of Oakmont, housing the majority of our communities and embodying the essence of Oakmont’s commitment to unparalleled quality and innovation. As we continue to expand our footprint, Sacramento remains not just a location, but a cherished symbol of Oakmont's legacy.

Nevada holds a special place in our portfolio, being the sole state where we have dedicated ourselves entirely to development. From the inception of Azure in 2018, a testament to our innovation, to the creation of Double R, and now the ongoing development of Elysium. Fast forward to October 26, 2018, a momentous occasion marked the next chapter in Oakmont's legacy—the groundbreaking ceremony for Azure by Oakmont Properties. The first Oakmont development represented a culmination of years of experience, dedication and the unwavering pursuit of quality in property development. The groundbreaking ceremony at Azure was a celebration of growth and the realization of a vision that harmonized with the company's core principles.

In May 2019, Oakmont Properties demonstrated its ingenuity by acquiring 4th West, not only expanding the company's portfolio but solidifying its reputation as a leader in real estate. Being hailed as the "best in the West" underscored Oakmont's dedication to excellence in every aspect. 4th West quickly became a flagship property, showcasing Oakmont's knack for selecting assets that align with the company's values. The acquisition was more than a transaction, it was a move that elevated Oakmont's standing and contributed to the company's continued success.
